• Free: Theory guides, practice questions, and mock tests
• Paid: Examination and eBooks

2. Exam Attempts & Certificate

• Each paid exam grants 2 attempts
• Certificates are free after passing the exam
• Certificates are auto-generated with a unique verification code

3. Exam Conduct

Cheating is strictly prohibited. Copy-paste, tab switching, dev tools access, or other malpractice will result in disqualification without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on TypePrepare is protected
• Users may not download, copy, or redistribute content
• Sharing of certificates and public achievements is permitted

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users for violating these terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 10.06.2025

1. General Rule

All payments made for exams or eBooks are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

In the rare case of a server-side issue, users can contact contact@typeprepare.com. If the issue is not resolved, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Ebook Policy

All eBook purchases are final. eBooks can only be accessed online via the user account and cannot be downloaded.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 20–30 business days to process.
